去氧肾上腺素Phenylephrine 本品为直接作用于受体的拟交感胺药,但有时也间接通过促进去甲肾上腺素自贮存部位释放而生效。作用于α受体( 尤其皮肤、粘膜和内脏等处)引起血管收缩,外周阻力增加, 终致收缩压和舒张压俱增。随血压升高,激发迷走神经反射而致心率减慢,由此可治疗室上性心动过过。本品收缩血管的作用比肾上腺素或麻黄碱为长,在治疗剂量,很少引起中枢神经系统兴奋,本品使肾、内脏、皮肤及肢体血流减少,但冠状动脉血流增加。作为血管收缩剂加入局麻药液可减慢后者的吸收,从而局限局麻的范围并延长其时效。
CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE马来酸氯苯那敏 本品适用于皮肤过敏症:荨麻疹、湿疹、皮炎、药疹、皮肤瘙痒症、神经性皮炎、虫咬症、日光性皮炎。也可用于过敏性鼻炎。
SCOPOLAMINE莨菪碱 用于扩张瞳孔,镇静,无痛分娩的一种镇定剂。
Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Oral syrup What is this medicine? CHLORPHENIRAMINE; PHENYLEPHRINE (klor fen IR a meen; fen il EF rin) is a combination of an antihistamine and a decongestant. It is used to treat symptoms of an allergy, cold, or sinus inflammation. It will help relieve runny nose, sneezing, and congestion in the nose. This medicine will not treat an infection. This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine? They need to know if you have any of these conditions: •asthma •diabetes •difficulty passing urine or enlarged prostate •glaucoma •high blood pressure or heart disease •phenylketonuria •thyroid disease •an unusual or allergic reaction to chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives •pregnant or trying to get pregnant •breast-feeding
How should I use this medicine? Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. Follow the directions on the prescription label. If this medicine upsets your stomach, take with food or milk. Use a specially marked spoon or container to measure your medicine. Household spoons are not accurate. Take your doses at regular intervals. Do not take your medicine more often than directed.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. While this drug may be prescribed for children as young as 2 years old for selected conditions, precautions do apply. Do not give this medicine to children under 2 years old.
Patients over 60 years old may have a stronger reaction and need a smaller dose.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.
NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.
What may interact with this medicine? Do not take this medicine with any of the following medications: •MAOIs like Carbex, Eldepryl, Marplan, Nardil, and Parnate
This medicine may also interact with the following medications: •any alcohol-containing product •barbiturates like phenobarbital •medicines for depression, anxiety, or psychotic disturbances •medicines for sleep •some medicines for cold, cough or allergy
This list may not describe all possible interactions. Give your health care provider a list of all the medicines, herbs, non-prescription drugs, or dietary supplements you use. Also tell them if you smoke, drink alcohol, or use illegal drugs. Some items may interact with your medicine.
What should I watch for while using this medicine? Tell your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.
You may get drowsy or dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs mental alertness until you know how this medicine affects you. Do not stand or sit up quickly, especially if you are an older patient. This reduces the risk of dizzy or fainting spells. Alcohol may interfere with the effect of this medicine. Avoid alcoholic drinks.
What side effects may I notice from receiving this medicine? Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible: •allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue •breathing trouble •blurred vision •difficulty passing urine •fast, irregular heartbeat •fear, anxiety, restless, tremor •hallucinations •high or low blood pressure •seizure
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome): •dry mouth, nose, throat •headache •loss of appetite •sleepy •stomach upset, nausea

Where should I keep my medicine? Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Keep container tightly closed. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
