药物功效：适用于敏感菌引起的下列感染：
1.呼吸系统，如肺炎、支气管炎、支气管扩张合并感染、慢性呼吸系统疾病的继发感染、肺浓肿、脓胸等。
2.泌尿、生殖系统，如肾盂肾炎、膀胱炎、前庭大腺炎、子宫内膜炎、子宫附件炎、盆腔炎、子宫旁组织炎。
3.消化系统，如胆管炎、胆囊炎、肝脓肿、腹膜炎。
4.烧伤、手术创伤的继发感染。
5.败血症、脑脊膜炎等严重感染。

Pharmacology:
Bestcall is a semisynthetic beta-lactam cephalosporin antibiotic with activity similar to that of cefotaxime. It has broad spectrum activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.

Bestcall Indication: Used to treat female gynecologic and obstetric infections caused by susceptible aerobic (including the gonococcus) and anaerobic bacteria.

Mechanism Of Action: The bactericidal activity of cefmenoxime results from the inhibition of cell wall synthesis via affinity for penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs). Bestcall is stable in the presence of a variety of b-lactamases, including penicillinases and some cephalosporinases.
