【英文名称】Cephalothin Sodium for Injection

【适用证】

注射用DBL™头孢菌素钠是一种抗生素，用于治疗由细菌引起的身体不同部位的感染。

该药不能对抗感冒或流感等病毒引起的感染。

头孢噻吩钠属于一组名为头孢菌素的抗生素（ke-fälöspör-ins）

它通过杀死引起感染的细菌或阻止其生长来起作用。

您的医生可能因其他原因开了头孢噻吩钠。 如果您对为您开具头孢噻吩钠的原因有任何疑问，请咨询您的医生。

该药仅在医生的处方下才能使用。 没有证据表明头孢噻吩钠会使人上瘾。

【用法用量】

注射用DBL™头孢菌素钠有两种方式：

•缓慢注入静脉

•深入注入大肌肉 注射用DBL™头孢菌素钠只能由医生或护士给予。

您的医生将决定您接受DBL™头孢硫辛注射液的剂量以及您接受多长时间。 这取决于您的感染和其他因素，例如您的体重。 对于大多数感染，注射用DBL™头孢菌素钠通常在一天中以分剂量给予。

在某些患者中，有时只需要单剂量的DBL™头孢菌素钠注射液进行治疗。

【注意事项】

在服药前：

您必须告诉您的医生：

1。 您对青霉素类药物，头孢菌素类药物或任何其他抗生素药物有任何类型的过敏反应如果您对青霉素或头孢菌素类过敏，您可能会增加对头孢噻吩钠过敏的机会。

【INDICATIONS AND USAGE】

DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection is an antibiotic used to treat infections in different parts of the body caused by bacteria.

This medicine will not work against infections caused by viruses such as colds or the flu.

Cefalotin sodium belongs to a group of antibiotics called cephalosporins (ke-fä löspör-ins)

It works by killing the bacteria causing your infection or by stopping its growth.

Your doctor may have prescribed cefalotin sodium for another reason. Ask your doctor if you have any questions about why cefalotin sodium has been prescribed for you.

This medicine is available only with a doctor’s prescription. There is no evidence that cefalotin sodium is addictive.

【Before you are given DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection】

Before you are given it

You must tell your doctor if:

1. you have any type of allergic reaction to penicillin medicines, cephalosporin medicines or any other antibiotic medicines You may have an increased chance of being allergic to cefalotin sodium if you are allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins.

2. you have any allergies to any other medicines or any other substances, such as foods, preservatives or dyes

3. you have or have ever had any other health problems/medical conditions, including:

• kidney disease

• severe bowel conditions/disease

4. you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant Your doctor will discuss the risks and benefits of you being given cefalotin sodium during pregnancy.

5. you are breast-feeding or plan to breast-feed Your doctor will discuss the risks and benefits of you being given cefalotin sodium when breast-feeding.

【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】

DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection can be given in two ways:

• as a slow injection into a vein

• as a deep injection into a large muscle

DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection must only be given by a doctor or nurse.

Your doctor will decide what dose you will receive of DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection and how long you will receive it for. This depends on your infection and other factors, such as your weight. For most infections, DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection is usually given in divided doses throughout the day.

Sometimes only a single dose of DBL™ Cephalothin Sodium for Injection is required for treatment in certain patients.
