商品名 MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE 中文名氫氧化鎂錠學名 Magnesium hydroxide 藥理作用本品少量為制酸劑，多量為輕瀉作用，使糞便稠度變為稀薄，排泄次數增加。適應症緩解胃部不適或灼熱感，或經診斷為胃及十二指腸潰瘍、胃炎、食道炎所伴隨之胃酸過多。用法用量一天三至四次，或需要時服用應嚼碎後吞服。成人每次一錠，12歲以上適用成人劑量。 6歲以上未滿12歲，適用成人劑量之1/2。 3歲以上未滿6歲，適用成人劑量之1/4。 3歲以下之嬰幼兒，請洽醫師診治，不宜自行使用。藥動力學雖然氫氧化鎂被歸類為非系統性的抗酸劑，5-10%的鎂可被吸收，一般這些被吸收的鎂會很快的被腎臟所排出。對於正常人，這種吸收並不需注意或者沒有造成全身性鹼中毒的危險，不過尿液會變成鹼性。副作用噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉。注意事項勿超過建議劑量，若有不適情況產生，應立即停藥就醫。警語未滿三個月之嬰幼兒不得服用。藥品保存方式藥品應置於攝氏 15 ~ 25 度乾燥處所；如發生變質或過期，不可再食用。 Trade name MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE Chinese name hydroxide, magnesium ingots Scientific name Magnesium hydroxide Pharmacological effects This product is a small amount of antacids, a lot of laxative effect, so that stool consistency becomes thin, the number increased excretion.
