药物功效：1.用于下列疾病的镇痛和消炎治疗：(1)各种急性或慢性炎性关节炎，如类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨性关节炎和痛风性关节炎等。(2)软组织风湿症，如腰痛、颈肩腕综合征、纤维肌痛症、肩周炎和肱骨外上髁炎(网球肘)等。 2.用于手术后、外伤后及拔牙后的镇痛和消炎治疗。 3.用于急性上呼吸道炎症(包括伴有急性支气管炎的急性上呼吸道炎症)的解热和镇痛治疗。

药理：本品为苯丙酸类非街体消炎药。其消炎、外周性镇痛、解热等的作用谱与其他酸性非街体消炎镇痛药相同。特点是镇痛作用强,但对慢性炎症的作用稍弱。本品为前体药物,吸收后在体内转化成活性代谢物,因此它引起的消化道障碍较轻。

药物动力学：本品口服后迅速经消化道,吸收,并以较高的浓度分布于肝、肾、血浆中;其后大部分以原形物的葡萄糖醛酸结合物或狂基化物的葡萄糖醛酸结合物,主要经尿排泄。人口服本品一次后,血浆中原形药物浓度在给药后30分钟达峰值,随后以1~1.5小时的半衰期从血浆中消失。每次口服80毫克、每日3次,连服5天,其血浆浓度、尿排泄盘与口服一次无明显差异。动物实验表明,本品可进入大鼠的胎盘、胎儿以及乳汁。本品原形在人血浆中的蛋白结合率高达97肠。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It suppresses inflammation and relieves pain after absorbed from the skin.

It is usually used to treat osteoarthritis, muscle pain, swelling/pain after an injury.

Before using this medicine, tell your doctor/pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma or its history.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are using any other prescription or nonprescription (OTC) medicine. (It is important to reduce the risk of drug interactions.)
 
Dosage regimen (proper use of this medicine)
•General dosage regimen: Apply and rub an appropriate amount according to the symptom several times a day. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•Do not apply to the eyes, mucosa, wound or site with eczema/rash.
•Do not use with occlusive dressing technique (wrapping applied site with bandages).
•Missed dose: Apply the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT use double doses to make up for the missed dose.
•Overdose: If you used too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
•Others: Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Side effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: itch, erythema, contact dermatitis, gastric discomfort, etc.
