补斯可胖解痉灵颗粒
【英文名称】 Buscopan

【其他名称】 丁基东莨菪碱,Hyoscine butylbromide
 
【适应证】缓解肠胃痉挛引起的胃痛、腹痛、胆管痉挛及其运动障碍、尿路痉挛，女性生殖器之痉挛症状、肠易激综合症、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病、胃（十二指肠）溃疡。
 
【主要成分】麻醉性镇痛成分、蔗糖、磷酸氢钙、玉米淀粉、滑石、煅制二氧化硅、洋槐、聚维酮、酒石酸、硬脂酸、聚乙二醇、巴西棕榈、白蜡、二氧化钛

【注意事项】
所有治療胃腸痙攣的药物都有导致皮肤红肿、腹胀、便秘、视觉受影响、排汗减少、心动过速、人眼调节受影响和口腔干燥等副作用。假如病人已经有过高眼压（青光眼）、泌尿故障、便秘或者心跳不稳等现象的话不宜使用丁基東莨菪鹼。 与东莨菪碱相比丁基東莨菪鹼无法越过腦血管障壁因此不会在中枢神经系统导致副作用

【储存方法】
置于阴凉干燥处，避免阳光直射

【用法与用量】
12岁以上青少年及成人每日服用1-3次，每次1-2片，每间隔8小时服用一次，无需随餐服用 。若服药后症状超过24小时尚未缓解，请及时就医。

How does it work?
Buscopan is a medication used to treat crampy abdominal pain, esophageal spasms, renal colic, and bladder spasms. It is also used to improve respiratory secretions at the end of life.Hyoscine butylbromide can be taken by mouth, injection into a muscle, or into a vein.

What is it used for?
Hyoscine butylbromide is effective in treating crampy abdominal pain. Hyoscine butylbromide is effective in reducing the duration of the first stage of labour, and it is not associated with any obvious adverse outcomes in mother or neonate. It is also used during abdominal or pelvic MRI or CT scans to improve the quality of pictures

Side effect
As little of the medication crosses the blood brain barrier it has less effects on the brain and therefore has reduced occurrence of the centrally-mediated effects (such as delusions, somnolence, and inhibition of motor-functions) which hinder the usefulness of some other anticholinergic drugs. Hyoscine butylbromide is still capable of impacting the chemoreceptor trigger zone due to the lack of a well-developed blood-brain-barrier in the medulla oblongata, which potentiates the antiemetic effects that it produces via local action on the smooth muscle of the gastrointestinal tract.
