诺美孕酮 Nomegestrol 中文别名： 诺美孕酮、醋酸诺美孕酮、去甲甲地孕酮 英文别名： 生产企业： 药品类别： 雌激素及孕激素类药 药理药动 为 19去甲孕酮类孕激素，其与孕酮受体的亲和力为黄体酮的 2.5倍，口服孕激素活性比甲地孕酮强 1.4倍，比安宫黄体酮强 4倍；并无雄激素、雌激素活性。口服吸收迅速，经 2小时血浓度达峰值，t1／2为30小时。 适 应 症 临床适用于黄体功能不足所致疾患，如月经紊乱、痛经、子宫内膜异位症、经前综合征、乳房痛、绝经期综合征等。 用法用量 口服：于月经周期第 16—25天，每日 1次 5mg。用于子宫内膜异位症，每日 1次 10—20mg。 [制剂]片剂：每片 5mg。 不良反应 主要有点滴出血、体重增加、胃肠障碍等。 禁忌症 有血栓病史、糖尿病者及孕妇、哺乳妇慎用。肝病忌用。 Nomegestrol - Pharmacology: Inhibits secretion of pituitary gonadotropins with a resultant decrease in estrogen secretion; exerts a direct cytotoxic effect on tumor cells; mechanism of effect on anorexia and cachexia is unknown. Indication: Oral suspension Treatment of anorexia, cachexia, or an unexplained weight loss in patients diagnosed with AIDS. Tablets Palliative treatment of advanced inoperable, recurrent, or metastatic carcinoma of breast or endometrium. Nomegestrol is used in the management of breast and womb cancers. Nomegestrol is also used to stimulate appetite in people who have lost their appetite and lost weight during a serious illness. Nomegestrol oral suspension is indicated for the treatment of anorexia, cachexia, or an unexplained, significant weight loss in patients with a diagnosis of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
