适应症
支气管哮喘以及伴有慢性支气管炎和肺气肿的可逆性支气管痉挛，对夜间发作的哮喘患者更适宜。
用法用量
成人一般剂量 200mg/日，晚上8－9点服用或早晚各服用100mg, 根据病情可增加剂量至最 用量600mg/日，3岁以上儿童10mg/kg体重／日。 谨遵医嘱!
禁忌
对茶碱不能耐受的病人，未治愈的癫痫患者。
不良反应
头痛、恶心、失眠，少见消化不良、震颤和眩晕。
注意事项
消化性溃疡，肝肾功能不全，心力衰竭，持续高烧及使用某些药物，有低氧血症，高血压病史的患者慎用。孕妇及哺乳妇女避免使用。茶碱的毒性常出现在血清浓度为１５～２０μｇ／ｍｌ，特别是在治疗开始，早期 见的有恶心、呕吐、易激动、失眠等，当血清浓度超过２０μｇ／ｍｌ，可出现心动过速、心律失常，血清中茶碱超过４０μｇ／ｍｌ，可发生发热、失水、惊厥等症状，严重的甚至呼吸、心跳停止致死。本品可通过胎盘屏障，也能分泌入乳汁，随乳汁排出，故孕妇、产妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。新生儿血浆清除率可降低，血清浓度增加，应慎用。老年人因血浆清除率降低，潜在毒性增加，５５岁以上患者慎用。
药物相互作用
与别嘌呤醇，西咪替丁，环丙沙星，红霉素及口服避孕药合用，可使茶碱血浓度增加。与利福平合用时，可使血清浓度降低。与苯妥因合用时，二者血药浓度均降低。勿与非选择性β－受体阻滞剂同时使用。

Precautions
