Sirdalud 2mg 商品名 SIRDALUD TABLETS 2MG 中文名鬆得乐锭２公丝主成份 TIZANIDINE HYDROCHLO 剂型锭剂许可证字号卫署药输字第019626号药厂名称 NOVARTIS SAGLIK GIDA VE TARIM URUNLERI SA 药理治疗分类 Centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxants 孕妇等级 C 外观描述白色,圆扁形适应症神经疾患所引起之痉性张力异常(spasticity)；疼痛性肌肉挛缩(spasm)。用法用量 1.缓解疼痛性痉挛：每日3次，2-4mg。严重可在晚上增服2-4mg。 2.神经性障碍引起之痉挛：初剂量每日不超过6mg，分3次投与。每半週或一週渐次增加2~4 mg，通常在每日剂量12~24mg，3或4次。每日最大建议剂量为36mg。 3.不建议使用于儿童，老年人使用应小心。副作用依缓解疼痛性肌肉痉挛建议的低剂量，罕有副作用而且通常轻微而且是暂时性的、副作用包括思睡、疲劳、头晕、口乾、噁心及轻微的血压下降、依痉挛状态建议的较高剂量，上述副作用较常见也较显着、但是很少严重到需要停止治疗、除此之外，可能发生肌肉虚弱及失眠、曾观察到低血压及心搏徐缓的例子、少数患者曾暂时性升高血清中的transaminases。禁忌 1.对Tizanidine过敏者、严重肝功能不全者不宜使用本品。 2.不可与Fluvoxamine合用。注意事项 1.肾脏或肝脏功能受损的患者必需调整其剂量。 2.开始治疗时，患者会有思睡的现象，应告知不要进行需高度警觉性的活动，比如开车或操作机械。 3.本药对动物没有致畸胚作用，但是怀孕期的安全性仍未确立。 4.儿童使用本药的经验仍有限，对吃母乳的婴儿，其安全性仍未知。交互作用 1.本药与抗高血压剂包括利尿剂併用，有时会引起低血压及心搏徐缓。 2.镇静包括酒精，可能会增强，本药的镇静作用。 Sirdalud - Sirdalud is a short-acting drug for the management of spasticity. Sirdalud is an agonist at a2-adrenergic receptor sites and presumably reduces spasticity by increasing presynaptic inhibition of motor neurons. In animal models, Sirdalud has no direct effect on skeletal muscle fibers or the neuromuscular junction, and no major effect on monosynaptic spinal reflexes. The effects of Sirdalud are greatest on polysynaptic pathways. The overall effect of these actions is thought to reduce facilitation of spinal motor neurons. Indication: For the management of increased muscle tone associated with spasticity Sirdalud is a muscle relaxant. It works by stopping the pain impulses that are sent by your brain to the muscle. Indications: Spasms Cramps Muscle tightness Sirdalud (brandnames Zanaflex, Sirdalud) is a drug that is used as a muscle relaxant. It is a centrally acting α-2 adrenergic agonist. It is used to treat the spasms, cramping, and tightness of muscles caused by medical problems such as multiple sclerosis, spastic diplegia, back pain, or certain other injuries to the spine or central nervous system. It is also prescribed off-label for migraine headaches, as a sleep aid, and as an anticonvulsant. It is also prescribed for some symptoms of fibromyalgia. Sirdalud may cause hypotension, so caution is advised when it is used in patients who have a history of orthostatic hypotension. Use caution with this drug as it can be very strong even at the 2 mg dose. Also use caution when switching from gel cap to tablet form and vice versa. Pain ful Muscle Spasm: Associated with postural or functional disorders of the spine (cervical and lumbar syndromes); following surgery, eg for herniated intervertebral disc or for osteoarthritis of the hip. Spasticity due to multiple sclerosis. Spasticity due to diseases of the spinal cord, eg chronic myelopathy, etc. Muscle spasms and spasticity due to neurological disorders, eg following cerebrovascular accident or head injury, or due to infantile cerebral palsy. Pain ful Muscle Spasms: Associated with static and functional disorders of the spine (cervical and lumbar syndromes); following surgery eg, for herniated intervertebral disc or for osteoarthritis of the hip. Spasticity Due to Neurological Disorders: Multiple sclerosis, chronic myelopathy, degenerative diseases of the spinal cord, cerebrovascular accidents and cerebral palsy. Indications: skeletal muscle spasm, spasticity Indications: Painful muscle spasms. Spasticity.
